HR & Recruitment Generalist

Medellín (Remote) | Full-time | Reports to: Director of Human Resources

About the role

We're looking for an HR & Recruitment Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to onboarding, offboarding, and everyday HR operations. This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who thrives managing multiple priorities and can scale quickly when hiring volume spikes.

What you'll do
- Recruitment (end-to-end):

sourcing, hunting, job postings, interviews,



screening, psychometric test review, background checks, offer drafting, and candidate communication.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:

manage entry/exit documentation, medical exams, social security affiliations, employee records (CRM & files), and lead new-hire induction week.
- Employee Wellbeing:

build the annual events/gifts calendar, manage budget approvals, and coordinate celebrations, birthdays, and year-end events (logistics, travel, catering).
- Learning & Development:

support training initiatives, source vendors, manage enrollments.
- Process leave requests and disability claims with the relevant approvals and platforms.
- Documentation & Compliance:

update and maintain HR policies, support audits, and ensure process documentation is current.
- Committees:

lead or support COCOLA and COPASST committee obligations.
