Requirements
- Proven ability to sell products and services by phone, engage customers and decision-makers, and achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, recommend the right solutions, answer questions, and overcome objections professionally.
- Provide customers with the best overall value through competitive pricing, discounts, product alternatives,



and additional product solutions.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals, and consistently follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through professional communication and excellent service.
- Accurately manage leads, customer information, quotes, orders, and sales activities in company systems.
- Work effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to achieve company goals.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and presentations.
- Meet individual and team sales and activity goals while following company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain availability during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
