We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter who is interested in building a long-term career in recruiting. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting who enjoys connecting with people and is eager to transition into talent acquisition. Initially, the primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging qualified candidates through outbound outreach. As you develop in the role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing through hiring.

Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and text messaging.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Qualify candidates through initial screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the hiring process.




- Meet weekly outreach and hiring goals.
- Continuously develop recruiting skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
- Experience 2-3 years in cold calling or outbound sales and recruiting (BDR, SDR, Recruiting, staffing, or similar). US Environment.
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment.
- Experience in staffing or recruiting is a strong plus but not required. Adecuado Candidate:
