The role

You'll call owners, estimators, and project managers at US contractors — the folks who build roads, bridges and infrastructure. Busy, down-to-earth, blue-collar people who are hard to catch and easy to lose. Your job: open with a sharp hook, handle the "not interested," qualify fit, and book the meeting. You'll run a disciplined cadence across calls, email and LinkedIn, and keep HubSpot spotless.

Structured call blocks — prep in HubSpot, dial, prep, dial. Around
60 dials a day
, with early-morning pushes to catch contractors before the job site swallows them. Once ramped, the target is
~3 qualified meetings booked per week
. You'll get one-on-ones and coaching built into your week.

- An easygoing, conversational style — you connect, you don't try to impress
- Rock-solid rejection handling — you keep objections simple and steer to the meeting
- Persistence, real follow-up discipline, and strong organization
- 1+ year of B2B outbound experience, ideally in
SaaS or construction tech
- Comfort in a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Clear, easy-to-understand English (C1/C2) — able to follow different US accents on the line
- Based in LatAm, able to work US hours with a reliable home setup
