The
Architect Outreach & Content Coordinator
will help Smithwood Builders expand its network of custom residential architects and designers. Your primary goal will be to research appropriate professionals, initiate thoughtful outreach, and schedule one-on-one conversations with Smithwood's owner. You may also assist with follow-up communication,
contact management, and social media content that helps prospective partners become familiar with the company's work.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success requires professional, personalized communication and the ability to present Smithwood as a knowledgeable, trustworthy potential building partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Research custom residential architects and designers throughout Greater Vancouver.
- Identify professionals whose projects and clientele align with Smithwood's capabilities.
- Build and maintain an organized prospect list with accurate contact information.
- Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and social media.
- Introduce Smithwood's services, project experience, and partnership approach clearly and professionally.
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings between architects and Smithwood's owner.
