Operations Specialist Jr.

Talento is hiring an Operations Specialist Jr. to support logistics operations and freight transportation management. ? Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Colombia Time) / 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate LTL shipments to ensure efficient transportation.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers.
- Monitor shipments through Track & Trace and provide timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate shipment information in TMS platforms.
- Communicate directly with drivers, owner-operators,



and carriers.
- Build strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and trace loads in real time using transportation management software.

Requirements

✅1-2 years of experience in logistics and transportation with
LTL loads.

✅Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).

✅English level B2 - C1

✅Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✅High attention to detail and accuracy.

✅Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
