Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a QA Registered Nurse (USRN) who is fluent in English and holds an active
Massachusetts
Registered Nurse license. This fully remote role will support patients, healthcare providers, and clinical teams through care coordination, patient outreach, clinical documentation, and nursing support services.

The adecuado candidate is compassionate, clinically experienced, culturally sensitive, and comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking patients while delivering exceptional healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach and follow-up calls.
- Provide nursing support, patient education,



and care coordination services.
- Communicate with patients, providers, caregivers, and healthcare teams regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs.
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in EMR/EHR systems.
- Assist patients with understanding medications, treatment plans, appointments, and healthcare resources.
- Support case management, utilization review, care management, intake, or clinical support activities as assigned.
- Identify and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and team initiatives.

Qualifications

Required
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Massachusetts
.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years
