Payroll Analyst

Role Summary:

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for executing payroll accounting and reconciliation activities, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements, internal controls, group policies, and applicable regulations.



The role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of payroll-related financial information for the operating companies supported by the organization, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the continuous evolution of payroll accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll accounting closing activities, including all required reclassifications and adjustments, to ensure accurate and timely financial information related to payroll accounts.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting inconsistencies during the closing process, monitoring and escalating issues in accordance with group policies and established procedures.
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze open and overdue items, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution within the established timelines.
