The Role

CBTW is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
AI Engineer/Product Owner
to join our team. In this role, you will combine product strategy, innovation, and technical expertise to build scalable digital solutions that drive business growth. We are looking for a builder with a strong product mindset, a passion for AI and emerging technologies, and the ability to turn business ideas into impactful products while working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English level is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Development, or Product Ownership.




- Experience building and scaling digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern web applications.
- Hands-on experience with
Laravel, Vue.js, PHP, MySQL
, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of
AI, LLMs, AI Agents, automation tools, and emerging AI trends
.
- Familiarity with
Agentic Commerce, Social Commerce, E-commerce, and digital marketplaces
.
- Ability to translate business needs into product and technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
