Each piece is inspired by historical and cultural motifs, combined with current trends for a distinctive aesthetic. Since 2023, Pregomesh has expanded its collections to include jewelry for men, maintaining the same dedication to quality and longevity. Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Armenia. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate product information and guidance on orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges. The Specialist will manage customer cases in the support system, track issues,



and follow up to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales and fulfillment teams, documenting common questions and feedback, and suggesting improvements to processes and customer-facing content. The role also includes handling post-purchase support, maintaining service standards aligned with Pregomesh’s brand values, and supporting customers in Armenian and English, and other languages as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction and active listening.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM or helpdesk tools, basic data entry, and standard office software.
- Fluency in Armenian and good command of English; additional languages are an adv
