Role Overview

At Job Duck, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Management Specialist to support a busy legal team handling personal injury matters. In this role, you will play a key part in moving cases forward by managing case documentation, coordinating medical records, building timelines, and assisting with client intake activities. You will work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure cases are organized, accurate, and progressing efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving,

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files within the case management system
- Building and maintaining detailed case and medical timelines
- Drafting demand packages and legal correspondence
- Supporting personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Ensuring all case documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Tracking case progress, deadlines, and important case milestones
- Communicating effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and third parties
- Conducting client intake and gathering relevant case information
- Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and supporting documentation
- Preparing written
