The Job
Sorso Wellness Water puts premium water filtration systems into homes in Toronto and South Florida. After the install, every customer needs a person. Right now that person is our VP of Sales & Operations, and it has outgrown him. This role takes it over.
What You'd Do
- Answer customers in both regions: calls, email, text, web forms. Same day.
- Book service visits with our technicians and follow up until the job is done.
- Keep track of when every customer is due for a filter change.
- Own warranty claims and anything that goes wrong, start to finish.
- Keep HubSpot tidy: tickets, notes, follow-ups.
- Ask happy customers for a review.
- Tell us once a week what keeps breaking.
After 90 days: every open customer issue is in one place, service visits get booked without the VP touching them, and we know what our real response time is.
What We're Looking For
- You've done customer service or client success before. This isn't an entry-level role.
- You're good on the phone. Most of this job is a voice, not a ticket queue.
- You're organized. Two regions, two time zones, one inbox.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, and you can work Eastern Time hours.
- You've used a CRM. HubSpot is a plus.
Nice to have: a background in home services, appliances, or field service. You'll already know why a rescheduled visit matters.
