As an intern on the People Operations team, you will work directly with the Senior Director of Payroll & Benefits, gaining hands-on exposure to multi-country payroll operations, compensation administration, and benefits management across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This is a learning-focused role designed to develop the next generation of People Operations talent at Sezzle, with a clear pathway for full-time conversion based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries (US, Canada, Colombia), including data entry, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS and benefits platforms.
- Perform data quality checks across payroll, benefits, and HRI
