What You'll Do:

• Engage with prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities.

• Build strong customer relationships.

• Consistently achieve sales and activity targets.

• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum C1 English proficiency (spoken and written).

• At least 6 months of sales experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to start the role by September 14th.

Compensation & Benefits:





• COP 3,300,000 Monthly Salary
