Role Description
The Junior Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Junior Developer contributes to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and mobile applications, as well as tools that support business process automation and systems integration. Daily activities include writing clean and maintainable code, fixing bugs, participating in code reviews,



and collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features. The Junior Developer also assists in documenting technical solutions, learning and applying best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the development lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Foundational programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and basic understanding of software development principles.
- Knowledge of web or mobile application development frameworks and tools (e.g., HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks, or mobile SDKs).
- Basic familiarity with databases, APIs, and systems integration concepts.
- Interest or experience in areas such as business process automation, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation projects.
