Position Summary
As the
Director of Operations
, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the operational performance of RVStaffing.
You will work directly with executive leadership to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, establish accountability frameworks, implement automation initiatives, and scale the organization for continued growth.
This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for a leader with an AI-first mindset who actively seeks opportunities to leverage automation, AI tools, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making across every department. You will partner closely with recruitment, sales, onboarding, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure the company operates efficiently, effectively, and at scale.
