Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in Bogota, D.C., with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Sales Manager will lead and coach a sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of enrollment and revenue goals.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with leads, conducting virtual and in-person consultations with prospective students, and building strong relationships with partner institutions and other stakeholders. The role will also involve developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing forecasts and reports, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize student recruitment processes. The Sales Manager will continuously analyze market trends, improve sales processes, and uphold Educonnecting’s high standards of service and student experience.
