Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in account management, sales engineering, technical sales, or customer relationship management.




- Experience within the software, technology, HVACR, industrial, refrigeration, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
- Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.
