Operations Manager / Executive Assistant (COO Support)

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in
supply chain operations, inventory management, purchasing coordination, vendor management, and operational tracking
, combined with the ability to provide high-level executive support to the COO.

The idóneo candidate is comfortable managing multiple operational priorities simultaneously, tracking inventory and product components from order through delivery, coordinating with international suppliers, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring that critical tasks are completed on time. This role requires strong ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify and solve operational problems.

The salary range is $1,200 USD to $1,800 USD per month, depending on experience and seniority.

The role is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:
- Own supply chain and inventory tracking across products, components, purchase orders, suppliers, and expected delivery dates.
- Monitor inventory levels and product requirements to ensure all necessary components are
ordered, tracked, received, and available on schedule

- Coordinate directly with
international suppliers and manufacturers
, particularly vendors located in China, Taiwan, and other overseas markets.
- Proactively identify potential
inventory shortages, supplier delays, purchasing issues, or operational bottlenecks
and drive them through resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational trackers, inventory reports, purchasing records, and supply chain documentation.
- Support
inventory planning, replenishment, procurement follow-up, order tracking, and vendor communication
