Westbridge Legal Staffing is currently seeking experienced Medical Records Specialists to support a reputable California-based law firm.

This is a long-term, 100% remote position designed specifically for Latin American candidates with prior law firm experience, particularly within U.S. personal injury practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Request and follow up on medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers
- Maintain consistent communication with clinics, hospitals, and medical providers
- Organize and review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all records are properly documented and stored in case management systems
- Track pending requests and follow up to ensure timely receipt of documents




- Handle HIPAA authorizations and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
- Assist the legal team by preparing complete medical record packages for case use
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation

Requirements
- Advanced English (C1 preferred – written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Medical Records Specialist is required
- Mandatory experience working with U.S.-based law firms, preferably in Personal Injury cases
- Experience requesting medical records and medical bills
- Experience communicating with medical providers
- Working knowledge of case management systems
- Ability to work independently
- Must reside anywhere in Latin America
