to support our Commercial Sales Consultant -- owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.
This role is the counterweight to a driven, relationship-first salesperson. You bring the structure they lack with a

What You'll Own
- Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts
- Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups
- Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates
- Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard
- Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems
- Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities
