What You'll Do
Coordinate and execute external recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Design and lead wellness plans for teams, promoting a positive work environment. Analyze key People data to identify trends and propose improvements in talent management strategies.
What We're Looking For
Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles focused on selection, wellness, or organizational development. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
