About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented professional to join our clients team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to scheduling patient appointments, providing highlevel support to patient queries about healthcare insurance and clinic procedures, and ensuring a positive experience for each patient.
Responsibilities
Set up patient appointment schedules through inbound calls and refer them to available healthcare providers and locations.
Reference clientspecific clinical guidelines to find solutions independently.
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system following HIPAA and Patient Privacy Guidelines.
Stay up to date with changes to clientspecific guidelines and healthcare provider procedures.
Report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor client partner.
Document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in the client system using proper medical terminology.
Meet all attendance and performance standards.
Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and policies.
Requirements
Excellent professional communication skills.
College Graduate preferably Medical Allied Degree.
1 year of experience in healthcare patient service.




1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls in call centers.
Experience using an EMR and scheduling software.
Experience in Windows 10, multiple monitors, and softphone software.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge about Orthopedic procedures preferred but not required.
