Overview

In Bogotá - Colombia , we're looking for a Senior AI Animator, who will lead hands on creation of dynamic, AI driven motion content, push boundaries, mentor artists, and develop robust, repeatable AI workflows integrated with Harbor’s post pipeline in an agile Post Advertising environment.

Responsibilities

- Own concept development, storyboarding, and animatic creation using advanced AIworkflows.
- Curate/refine training datasets for model fine-tuning (characters, styles, motions).
- Prototype and productionize AI-assisted visual pipelines (look dev, motion, comp).
- Mentor junior artists; collaborate with design, VFX, editorial, color, and engineering.
- Evaluate new generative tools; document best practices and scalability considerations.
- Other duties, as required and assigned.

Qualifications

- Video generation (advanced): VEO3 (or equivalent), Runway Gen-3, Pika, Luma, Stability SV-D, Flux; control methods (camera path, depth/optical flow, motion guides).
- Prompting & model workflows: SDXL fine-tuning, LoRA/Style training, ControlNet/conditioning, ComfyUI graph assembly, image-to-video and video-to-video techniques.
- Traditional DCC/VFX: Flame (finishing/conform), Maya (rigging/animation), Cinema4D (+MoGraph), Nuke (compositing), After Effects (motion graphics), Photoshop (matte/paint), Blender, DaVinci Resolve/Fusion.




- Rendering & sim: Redshift/Arnold/Octane; camera/lighting; basic sim (particles/cloth) for plate complements.
- Pipeline: Scripting (Python/MEL), version control, color management (ACES), editorial interchange (EDL/XML/AAF), QC and delivery specs.
- Advanced experience in motion/VFX/animation with shipped advertising work; leadership on AI-assisted projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced look dev, comp, and finishing standards.
- Strong eye for design, timing, and typography; comfort with hybrid (AI + traditional) workflows.
- Ability to estimate, scope, and de-risk complex shots.
- An eye for aesthetics and a portfolio that blends creativity with experimentation.
- Experience with compositing and photo editing/manipulation.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a desire to explore the future of creative production.
