What You'll Do

Assist with processing credit card payments and resolve online payment issues through Bill Trust. Coordinate with headquarters for customer reimbursement requests for duplicate or excess payments. Follow up on inquiries from SGS businesses and clients related to payments, collections, or billing issues.

What We're Looking For

Technologist or Professional in Administration, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a call center or related customer service role. Intermediate MS Office Excel skills and English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.

What We Offer

Salary to be agreed upon. Direct contract with GBS Americas.
