Key Responsibilities
Roadmap & Strategy: Own end-to-end roadmap definition and execution across core enterprise platforms,



balancing feature enhancements with system optimization.
AI & Automation Integration: Identify high-value opportunities to embed practical AI and automation into workflows to reduce manual work and improve speed.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, data analytics, operations, and client-facing teams to align product strategy with business requirements.
Operational Excellence: Modernize and streamline complex platform architecture to improve system performance, usability, reliability, and cross-system connectivity.
Metrics & Business Impact: Define, track, and drive key product performance metrics (KPIs) directly tied to business outcomes, efficiency, and revenue.
Product Execution: Transform ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.
