POSITION SUMMARY

The Power Platform Solution Analyst is responsible for the analysis, simplification, and digital enablement of business processes and data flows across the organization, supporting operational efficiency within Kruger’s legacy system environment.
Working at the intersection of Business, Process Management, and Digital Enablement (AI, Automation, and Applications), the analyst collaborates with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and IT teams to deliver practical, scalable improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance workflow performance.
The Business Process Optimization & Automation Analyst focuses on process mapping, solution design, and hands-on implementation of automation and digital tools, while contributing to long-term enterprise readiness.
The Business Process Optimization & Automation Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Process Harmonization & Optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Process & Data Flow Analysis

Map and document end-to-end business processes and associated data flows across functions.




Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, manual activities, and data gaps.
Support enterprise initiatives to simplify, harmonize, standardize, and rationalize processes across business units.
Translate identified improvement opportunities into clear, actionable requirements and future-state process designs.

Automation & Digital Enablement Execution

Assess and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value, effort, scalability, and risk.
Design, configure, and implement solutions using:
Microsoft Power Automate (workflow orchestration and automation)
Power Apps (lightweight applications to improve data capture and usability)
Copilot Agents / Copilot Studio (AI-assisted workflows and user guidance)
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive, rules-based activities
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to support AI-assisted applications (e.g., Claude-coded apps), i
