What You’ll Do

Variable Compensation Calculation Maintenance:



this is a core recurring activity in which the employee will continuously focus on meeting SLAs and improving data accuracy. This work directly strengthens stakeholder trust and reinforces the principles of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Done via Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) maintenance (payee structure, budget coordination, credit rules maintenance etc)
Territory Management: maintain territory and organizational structures by monitoring sales force changes, ensuring data accuracy and supporting process standardization and automation efforts.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visibility to improve transparency, support management through data-driven decisions and reinforce customer focus.
Support sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives and Varicent SPM tool maintenance.

This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Sales Operations.
