Location: Remote – Colombia, Mexico, or Peru
Contract: 12+ months
Schedule: U.S. business hours, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing experience.
CCNA required upon hire.
JNCIP-DC is a plus.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, IPv6, IP Multicast, and SD-WAN.
Working knowledge of fiber/copper networks and monitoring tools.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, or Shell.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent Spanish and intermediate English.
Portuguese is a plus.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.





Responsibilities
Support implementation of MPLS, SD-WAN, P2P, EVPN, routing, and Internet solutions.
Troubleshoot network and telecommunications issues.
Review technical solutions and identify risks or required improvements.
Define configurations according to customer requirements and project standards.
Participate in testing, implementation, and customer meetings.
Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and third parties.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation procedures.
Support customer acceptance and transition to maintenance teams.
