Role Description The Bilingual Medical Assistant Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting clinical and administrative operations in a healthcare setting.



Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating patient intake, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring timely documentation of visits and procedures. The role involves communicating with patients, providers, and payers in two languages, helping to explain medical information, office procedures, and billing details clearly and respectfully. The Medical Assistant Administrator will assist with basic patient care tasks as permitted, manage patient inquiries, update electronic health records, and support medical office workflows related to coding, billing, and insurance. This position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient processes, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a positive patient experience.
