Acquisition Labs is a go-to growth partner for e-commerce brands — we help them scale revenue through sharper strategy and faster, cleaner execution. We're hiring a Growth Operator to own hands-on execution for our client accounts: turning strategy into shipped campaigns, emails, and storefront improvements that actually move revenue. We happen to do this through Shopify, Klaviyo, email, and SMS. You'll work directly with the account lead, ramp into independent ownership, and use modern tools — including AI coding tools — to move faster than a typical operator. You'll start on one account with room to grow as we bring on more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Execute lifecycle marketing: build, QA, and ship Klaviyo email and SMS flows and campaigns that drive revenue (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, promotional).
• Maintain and improve the Shopify storefront — product and collection content, pages, popups, sections.
• Test every build across mobile and desktop before it ships — links, tracking, rendering, copy.
• Report on flow and campaign performance and flag what's underperforming.




• Keep a running backlog of fixes and small tasks so nothing slips between syncs.

HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You'll use modern tools, including AI coding assistants like Claude Code, to execute faster on Shopify and Klaviyo. Everything ships through a review process — draft first, sign-off before anything goes live to a client's store.

WHAT YOU BRING:
• Real hands-on experience with Shopify admin and Klaviyo (flows, segments, campaigns) — not just familiarity.
• Comfortable working alongside AI tools as part of how you execute, reviewing output critically rather than just accepting it.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed: given a spec, you execute and QA without needing every step spelled out.
• Based in Colombia or elsewhere in Latin America, able to overlap several hours with US Eastern/Central time.
