Operations Specialist Jr
Key Responsibilities
Talento is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support logistics operations. This role focuses on real-time shipment updates, customer service, data management, and driver coordination to ensure smooth freight movements and excellent communication across all stakeholders.

This position requires strong responsiveness, clear communication, and the ability to manage updates efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor expedited shipments during daily operations.

• Provide customers with timely updates at pickups, deliveries, and location checkpoints.





• Actively track and trace shipments using TMS and other transportation software.

• Deliver strong customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving shipment-related concerns.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and transfer between systems.

• Communicate with drivers via phone, text, and Telegram to confirm status and protocol compliance.

• Ensure drivers are following company and customer procedures.

• Respond quickly to issues and escalate when necessary.

• Contact customer service teams, warehouses, or vendors in case of breakdowns, fulfillment issues, or operational disruptions.

• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to confirm inventory status, shipping timelines, and delivery accuracy.

• Maintain clear documentation of load updates and communications.

• Support overall operational efficiency through consistent follow-up and quick response times
