What You'll Do:
- Recover: Reach out to customers who had issues making their purchase or abandoned their carts, helping them and re-engaging them to complete their purchase.
- Guide: Help pet owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs, answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care.
- Convert: Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value.
- Grow:



Work with a high-intent audience, transforming near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
- Learn: Work closely with our dedicated management team, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
