Bilingual Operations Analyst

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support insurance operations and client service activities for Puerto Rico-based clients, helping ensure requests are handled accurately and on time. Your day-to-day work will include:

Managing assigned tasks through a workflow system.
Communicating with insurance carriers by email to support requests and follow-ups.
Tracking deliveries and confirming timely completion with carriers.




Following up with clients on completed deliveries and helping resolve any issues that may arise.
Supporting report preparation, data entry, and internal database maintenance.
Helping the team meet SLAs, KPIs, and business goals.
Supporting basic operational and transactional requests from internal colleagues.
Assisting senior team members with special projects, reporting, and process improvements.
Contributing to high-quality service delivery and operational compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A professional degree, or you are close to graduating, preferably in Finance or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in any of the following areas:
Banking
Credit cards
BPO for U.S.-based clients
U.S. insurance policies
Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Advanced English is required.
Spanish proficien
