Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of General Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage large volumes of financial transactions accurately

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in accordance with GAAP
- Perform account reconciliations and transaction analysis




- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes
- Record daily cash transactions and support property acquisition accounting
- Calculate and record company revenue and fee income
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of accounting records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting
