As our Customer Care Manager, you will spend approximately 70-75% of your time traveling to support customers and business operations. When not traveling, you will be expected to work from our office located at Carrera 11 #94A-25, Office 701, Barrio Chicó.

On a given day, you may:
- Be the customer advocate and trusted advisor for the customer in their focus market
- Optimize customer relationships by building trust through frequent customer visits and communications
- Meet the agreed financial targets effectively and efficiently through proactive sales of parts,



service solutions and service agreements
- Analyze customer performance and needs, identify opportunities and translate this into proposals of solutions for the customer
- Analyze customer, market and competitor data and translate this information into valuable feedback for the service organization and other relevant functions.
- Manage and maintain pipeline of opportunities, their status, and follow up activities, as it relates to customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and execute relevant actions and communications
- Effectively monitor any escalation process for customers

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, aftermarket, service, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Experience working in an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
