As a Senior Associate within the Central America & Caribbean (CAC) Payments Sales team, you will support the growth of JPMorganChase's Payments franchise across more than 20 markets. You will work closely with senior sales professionals, bankers, product partners, and implementation teams to develop treasury and payments solutions for multinational corporations, regional headquarters (RHQs), local headquarters (LHQs), and leading domestic companies. This role offers significant client exposure, regional travel, and hands-on participation across the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and revenue realization.

Job Responsibilities
Origination & Client Coverage
- You will partner with Payments Sales Managers to identify, originate, and execute treasury and payments opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean, supporting strategic coverage of multinational corporations, RHQs, LHQs, and key domestic clients.
- You will develop a strong understanding of clients' treasury, cash management, liquidity, and working capital objectives.
- You will participate in client meetings, treasury discussions, industry events, and executive engagements across the region, traveling throughout the CAC region to support clie
