Lawfficiency is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. We are looking for professionals who have independently managed personal injury cases from intake through settlement while maintaining direct communication with clients, providers, and insurance carriers.

Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (not only Case Manager Assistant or Legal Assistant).
- Experience managing an active caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Coordinate medical treatment and appointments.
- Request, review, and organize medical records and billing.
- Verify insurance coverage, policy limits, claim numbers, and adjuster information.




- Prepare settlement demands/packages.
- Track statutes of limitation and critical deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation using case management software (CasePeer experience is a plus).
- Ensure files remain organized, complete, and up to date throughout the case.

Requirements
- Advanced English (C1/C2).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with Personal Injury law firms is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CasePeer or similar case management software.
- Experience preparing settlement packages.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and lien resolution.
