About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Support Coordinator to join our team in Medellín. This role is responsible for making sure landscaping and field production jobs are fully prepared, properly scheduled, and ready for successful execution.
The Production Support Coordinator serves as an important link between Project Managers, Production, Accounting, Purchasing, field crews, vendors, and other internal teams. You will help ensure that projects have the right documentation, materials, equipment, permits, and scheduling in place before work begins.
Because our field teams operate primarily in Spanish while much of our internal coordination is conducted in English, this position also provides bilingual communication support to ensure information is communicated clearly and efficiently across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Job Readiness
- Coordinate upcoming projects to ensure all required documentation, permits, materials, equipment, and resources are ready before production begins.




- Confirm that crews have everything they need before leaving the yard.
- Coordinate with Accounting to verify customer deposits before jobs are scheduled for production.
- Monitor upcoming jobs and identify potential delays or missing requirements before they impact the schedule.

Utility Locates & Compliance
- Submit utility locate requests through the 811 Call Before You Dig system.
- Request complete site markings for applicable projects.
- Track utility locate requests and verify clearances before scheduling field crews.
- Maintain accurate records of utility locate activity and project clearances.

Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure projects are completed in the correct sequence.
- Verify that prerequisite tasks, materials, equipment, utility clearances, and crew availability are in place before releasing jobs.
