Description:
We are looking for a Carrier Onboarding Coordinator to manage and accelerate the onboarding process for new Motor Carriers and their Service Provider Employees (SPEs). This role ensures carriers complete all required steps before they are cleared to start working.
The Coordinator will guide carriers through OpenForce enrollment, document submission, background checks, drug screening, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements, using phone, email, text, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process from recruiter handoff through final carrier approval.
Guide Motor Carriers and SPEs through OpenForce enrollment and required documentation.
Follow up on pending documents, background checks, drug screenings, and insurance certificates.




Communicate with carriers through phone, email, text, and Microsoft Teams.
Identify and resolve onboarding issues to prevent delays.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are completed.
Coordinate with Recruiting and Regional teams to keep the onboarding process moving.

Requirements:
Experience with compliance and onboarding processes in a 3PL, freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation environment.
B2-C1 English level proficiency.
Previous experience in carrier onboarding, compliance, logistics, transportation, brokerage, or customer service/BPO is preferred.
