Your Opportunity:
As an Analyst (MDM Data Steward), you will join the GATE organization in a pivotal role partnering with the US-based Master Data Management (MDM) team.
Your mission is to drive data stewardship, improve data quality, and support critical business decisions. You will act as a bridge between technical data operations and business strategy, ensuring our data assets are accurate, compliant, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data Management (MDM) Operations
Data Change Requests: Lead the ongoing processing of Data Change Requests (DCRs) related to Health Care Master Data
Record Maintenance: Perform rigorous matching, merging, and maintenance of Master records (HCPs, HCOs, and Affiliations) to ensure a "single source of truth"
Data Stewardship & Quality Assurance
Stewardship: Act as the Data Steward for HCP (Health Care Professional), HCO (Health Care Organization) profile data, and Affiliations
Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively investigate data discrepancies from internal and external sources
Data Integrity: Ensure all newly onboarded datasets are accurate, complete, and strictly adhere to defined data standards
