Zulay Kitchen is a fast growing e-commerce company that creates practical products designed to make everyday life in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable.
We are one of the top 100 sellers on Amazon, with a large product catalog and millions of customers. Amazon has been a major part of our success, and we are now focused on expanding our direct-to-consumer website, TikTok Shop, and other sales channels.
As we grow outside of Amazon, we need someone who can help us build a strong and repeatable paid advertising system.

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid advertising while also developing the creative strategy behind our ads.
This is not a role where you simply launch campaigns and monitor the numbers. You will also help decide:
Which products and offers we should advertise.
What messages and creative angles we should test.
What the first few seconds of a video should communicate.
What our creators, video editors, and designers should produce.




Why certain ads are working and how we can create more like them.
You will work closely with our creative team to turn performance data into new video concepts, hooks, scripts, images, and advertising ideas.
You do not need to personally film, design, or edit every ad. However, you must be able to provide clear creative direction and recognize what makes an ad effective.

What You’ll Do
Manage Paid Advertising
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, bidding, and testing structures.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, spending, and profitability.
Scale successful campaigns while quickly addressing poor performance.
Test different audiences, products, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
Manage daily and weekly budgets based on revenue and profit goals.
Keep up with important changes to advertising platforms.
