Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist and Lead Generation Strategist (English/Spanish)
Location: 100% Remote (must be based in Colombia)
Job Type: Independent contractor, part-time (10 to 20 hrs per week) (U.S. Holidays off)
Time Zone: Eastern Time
Payment: USD $6.50 - $7 per hour

ORCHID is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to help us build and execute a paid advertising strategy that generates qualified leads for our staffing and outsourcing services.
We are not looking for someone who only knows how to “boost” posts. We need someone who understands targeting, testing, conversion tracking, and how to turn ad spend into vigente sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a Meta Ads strategy focused on qualified lead generation
• Build and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Research and define audiences within the U.S. market
• Recommend offers, funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets
• Write or provide direction for compelling ad copy and creatives
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversion events, and retargeting
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, messaging, and creative
• Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Report on CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and booked calls
• Collaborate with ORCHID’s sales and marketing team
What we're looking for
• Proven experience managing Meta lead-generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with service-based or B2B businesses is highly preferred
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic decisions
• Understanding of landing pages, funnels, and retargeting
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and accountable
