Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst with a project-focused background to support our clients by analyzing, planning, documenting, and improving business processes within ERP implementation and optimization projects.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders to understand project needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the successful delivery of ERP-based solutions.
You will act as a bridge between business users, project teams,



and technical teams, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with scope, timelines, project objectives, and operational needs. The role involves supporting project planning, requirements management, testing coordination, issue analysis, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and continuous improvement during ERP implementation and support projects.
The idóneo candidate is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in client-facing project environments, with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
