We are looking for a Professional to lead and scale our Trade‑In business across the Andean Region, focusing on revenue growth, partnerships, and expansion within the refurbished devices market.

This is a high-impact role where you will connect commercial strategy with operational execution, unlocking value through circular economy solutions and innovative go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Own P&L;, revenue growth, and commercial performance
- Drive Trade‑In business strategy, pricing, and channel expansion
- Build and manage key client relationships and partnerships
- Lead cross-functional execution with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and CX teams
- Optimize profitability, margins, and customer experience across the device lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in mobile industry, refurbished devices, or Trade‑In business
- Strong commercial acumen and revenue ownership experience
- Proven track record in business growth, partnerships, and market expansion
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills




- Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management
- Fluent English
