Verification Engineer (AV) at Baires Dev

What You'll Do:

- Architect and maintain comprehensive simulation pipelines.
- Design and implement complex driving scenarios to test autonomous logic against diverse edge cases.
- Develop automated data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale simulation results for performance metrics.
- Execute systematic offline evaluations to validate system upgrades and safety patterns.
- Collaborate with autonomy engineers to identify system weaknesses and refine decision-making algorithms.
- Streamline the end-to-end verification process through rigorous scenario generation and testing.

What we are looking for:





- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on autonomous vehicle validation or simulation.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing simulation pipelines using frameworks like CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.
- Proficiency in Python for scenario design and large-scale data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience in autonomous vehicle validation, including scenario generation and offline evaluation.
- Strong background in building and maintaining automated data pipelines to support AV testing at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
