About the job: The Performance Analytics Head will oversee the company’s performance analytics strategy, driving data‑driven insights to optimize operations, improve decision‑making, and enhance overall business performance. This leadership role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working cross‑functionally with various departments to monitor, assess, and improve the company’s performance in key areas. Lead the performance analytics function, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators across multiple business functions. Oversee the collection, analysis,



and reporting of business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with senior leaders to support data‑driven decision‑making and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing analytics team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and executive presentations that translate complex analyses into clear narratives. Collaborate with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment on performance objectives and measurement standards.
