Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for an IT client, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Participate in job requirement intake meetings with hiring managers
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry networks
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and enhance employer branding
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members
- Serve as a strategic partner to organizations managing recruitment for executive, senior management, and specialized technical roles
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, multi-channel candidate engagement, and data-driven decision-making to build diverse talent pipelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions and compensation strategies

Requirements
- Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment technology, and AI tools
