What the Role Looks Like:
* Assess repair severity and urgency through coordination with handymen and tenants and focus on managing and resolving repair cases.
* Receive, log, and coordinate maintenance requests; dispatch repairs to vendors and track to completion while keeping landlords updated
* Be able to actively handle and perform live detailed coordination with handymen for minor cases (repairs requiring handymen, repair specialists)
* Appropriately evaluate vendors who will service major cases (repairs involving external contractors)
* Make sure that all boots-on-the-ground arrive at the property on time and fix issues efficiently
* Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
* Analyze and log property inspection photographs and videos
* Provide regular status updates to property owners and tenants and communicate with internal team
* Serve as a point of contact for repairs or property updates for tenants
* Promptly maintain accurate records and property status in the property management software

Prior Experience:
* 1-3 years of engineering experience preferred
* Demonstrated technical qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical training of building maintenance particularly for residential properties
* Demonstrated ability to review, process, and analyze repair needs based on verbal and digital inspection of photos and videos




* Proficiency in using digital data systems, ticketing systems, or designated property management softwares to log, request, track repairs, and vendor dispatches; maintain accurate property records
* Prior remote work experience and ability to work on client schedule preferred

Skills Required:
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Strong intuitive understanding of property dynamics and how buildings function
* Ability to digitally assess and prioritize structural, electrical, and mechanical issues by severity and type
* Strong written communication and documentation habits
* Strong negotiation skills
* Organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and open tasks at once
* Comfortable with software tools, spreadsheets, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Reliable follow-through on open items without supervision
* Problem-solving under time pressure
* Attention to detail on documents, records, and deadlines
* Have a deep understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical property issues
