- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Understanding of business processes and organizational goals
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing stakeholders and business relationships
- Knowledge of Agile and product metrics
- Ability to measure team performance, predictability, quality, and outcomes
- Experience aligning team objectives with business strategy

- Lead and coach multidisciplinary Agile teams
- Promote team self-management and collaboration
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies
- Ensure Agile practices are properly adopted
- Align team objectives with business goals
- Support delivery planning and execution
- Promote continuous product validation and feedback
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
- Track and analyze Agile performance metrics
- Provide status updates and performance reporting
- Support decision-making through Agile metrics and insights
- Remove impediments and help resolve team challenges
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of value delivery and customer focus
- Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities
